What are Moco's retail store hours?Our boutique location is open -
Monday: 12pm to 7pm
Tuesday - Thursday: 10am to 7pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am to 8pm
Moco's store location is Closed on Sundays and Holidays may affect the posted store hours.
When are new items put out or posted?We add new items to the website and store everyday! We also post our items on Instagram and Facebook everyday.
Are the products on the website the same as in store?Yes, all of the items on the website are available in store unless otherwise posted. Although, for accessories and gift items, our store location has a much greater selection.
How do I earn or redeem my stars online?The Star Rewards Program is only offered in store.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?When your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include the USPS tracking number for your package.
How do I know that my order is ready to be picked-up in store?When your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email to inform you that your order is ready to be picked up. We ask that all customers bring the order confirmation email or photo identification to pick up their order.
What if I placed an order online, but someone else will be picking it up?If you're not able to pick up your order, you can leave a comment of who will pick-up your items in the note section when you place your order. This person will need to bring photo identification to pick up the order.
What is Moco's return policy?
Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense.
Our Return Policy is for Store Credit Only for merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed, un-altered in any way and are in the original condition.
Items must be free or perfume, dog hair, deodorant, and cigarette smoke.
Shoes Must be returned in their original box without damage.
Returns may be made in store or online.
All Sale items are Final.
